DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM PREPAID ACCOUNT

Sir/Madam,

I am using BSNL Mobile prepaid connection (919475868254) for last four years. Somehow my connection has been activated with so many paid services like cricket update etc. I do not want these services and so many times I have tried to lodge a complain in BSNL customer care services but unfortunately I could not. Please deactivate all the paid services provided except outgoing and incoming call facility.
