BSNL
Deduction as per scheme but no benefit

I have a BSNL mobile card. I took a plan of 1sec/min.for that daily Rs. 4/- will be deducted. On valentine's day they charged as per normal rate. It is agree. but if for that day if they charge normal rate then why BSNL will deduct the scheme amount for that day. that sholdn't be deducted. If you want to discuss call me on 7588812026.
