ILLEGAL DEBIT OF MONEY

I am using BSNL prepaid mobile No. 94867 44299 for last 08 years. On 16 Jan 12, I received a message from 55678030 saying thanks subscribing xplore pack from Handygo and debited Rs.30 instantly for which I never subscribed. Then I sent two messages to 55678 for unsubscribing for which Rs.2 were deducted per message. Again on 16 Feb 12, Rs.30 was deducted towards renewal of the same Handygo pack. I could not get BSNL customer care on line. I do not know how reimburse the money for which i never subscribed. kindly inform me to rajvasu83@yahoo.com
