NO BROAD BAND CONNECTION YET

Sir,

I was applied for BSNL broadband connection. My land line number is 04828-278311.my exchange is mundakayam.they ask me to buy modem.i was purchased. But they not yet given net connection. I was complained so many times. But no response.
