Chat Service

My BSNL prepaid mobile number is " 9433410468 ". On 20.02. suddenly one sms had come to my mobile saying that my mobile number has subscribed to the "Chat service", though I've not subscribed any service like that. Also it has charged Rs. 2 for unsubscription of that service. Again, on 23.02. same sms was coming to my number saying that Rs. 3 has charged for " Chat Service ". How can any service been activated without my concern? Please say what to do for that type of harassment.
