i applied for new phone connection on 6th july.and deposit rs 500/-as per there demand notice no 0000559643

rec no.upr 1020307071100081 dated 7 july. phone no-allotted 0294-2470742

i requested on there consumer no- 1500 for connection comp. no 7503063 dated 1/11 and again 0n 10/12with complaint no is 7525821

i also requested many times to GM udaipur/ J.En. madari/ BSNL shoppe exchange but still i am waiting without any action.
