BSNL Broad Band Again Not Working

BSNL Broad Band Again Not Working. My telephone no is 25233700. Every week there is server issue. last week it took 4 days to resolve. This time I don't know how much time you will take. I already have lodged a complain (complain id: 0312/1769) with customer care. But they never take seriously. Every week I waste so much time in taking to customer care. It seems they are giving service in free. I will not pay next bill. I want my it to be disconnected. From next month on wards, I will go for private service providers.
