Deactivation of Voice chat

Sir,
Voice chat and Voice News Pack have been activated on my mobile No. 9440941868 without my knowledge. I do not need them any more. The numbers 12630035 provided by the voice chat (BT-SPICED) and 12555363 provided by Voice news pack (BT-ONMOBL) to unsubscribe are not responding. Kindly deactivate them with immediate effect.
