Hello Sir,

My mobile No is 09471027426, i have a complain regarding my bill actually i was availing the facility of 20paisa per min facility of EXCEL POWER on two nos. 06212241560 and 09430438768 but now i am not getting that even after constant sending SMS .Also i am unable to contact to costumer care call at 123, directs me to call on 9400024365 but there also call can not be completed message comes. Please help me to activate EXCEL POWER and tell me how i can contact costumer care.
