Land line not working properly

My land line no 020-25461291 is not working properly from last six month's. I made complaint's so... many times. Customer care people are useless to help. BSNL Pune (Nal Stop/ Karve road office) people are not ready to take complaint, even if I sent my person with complaint letter.

from a year their is problem in my telephone, every time i have compliant, but the service is so poor & the responsible officers are very harsh to talk.

If we do not get service within this week I will stop using BSNL landline and go for other options.
