Land Line phone - out of orde

Dear Sir,

I am using land line phone of BSNL for last 2 years. I did not get any problem before this. But now from 1st april, it got continuously out of order for 7 to 8 days. when i called for complaint, they get it repaired and again after 2 days it got stuck.
