Modem not working properly

Espected sir,

i m tapan sharma My airtel internet broadband connection is not working since 15 days.

there is a problem with my modem. My dues are paid till date.

I have made several complaints and even appraoched higher authorities but the response was pathetic they never showed up.

Please help me to resolve this problem
