Validity recharge for old plans like STUDENTS SUVIDHA

I was proud to say I'm the BSNL customer. I'm using STUDENT SUVIDHA BSNL plan in KERALA from they had introduced 1 year validity recharge. It was ok till last year. But now they had stopped the validity recharge. It's AGAINST CONSUMER RIGHTS to discontinue validity recharge of old plans. They can stop providing old plans to new one's in future but cannot order their consumer's to change the plan by forcing. This some what like British ruling INDIA

Awaiting the reply regarding BSNL's unreliable customer service.
