Unwanted beauty tips sms and charging 7 rupees every weeks

I have been charged rupees 7 per week for beauty tips which i have never been activated . i have lodge a complain for it to customer services on 10th may the services never been stopped. again i lodged a complain for it on 20th may. The c.care has assured me this service would be deactivated. The 22nd may i got a massage from c.care that your complain no E20jh3122429 has been closed &resoulution states is Vas Deactivated on 10.21 a.m. But same day on 4.16p.m i got a massage form 5959507 that Rs.7 charged. Thanku for using beautyTips services YOur services have been renewed. so i request u sir plz do something to stop this unwanted beauty tips. my mobile no is 9431582636
