Unwanted charging

Dear sir/mam, I am using bsnl mobile service

i got a message from 540000010 that

"Rs.10 CHARGED THANK U FOR USING

SJOKE SERVICE.YOUR SERVICE HAVE BEEN

RENEWED" I never subscribed to this

service last month i got d msg from same

num that i subscribed to FLIRT SERVICE &

Rs.10 got deduced from my balance how

can i UNSUBSCRIBE to these services
