No internet connectivity

Problem: For last one month BSNL internet not working, although I am paying broadband monthly rental.
My line is down from last 1 month & I am paying for nothing. BSNL staffs behaves like illiterate. I am deep pain. No JTO / SDO helping me.
They dont even dont entertain phone call. Don know what era they belongs. [Stone age or Iron age]
I dont also understand their Job role assigned with requirement including SDO.
I have 2 modems working good with other vendor & BSNL staff says My Modem is bad. forcing me for no result. All Grievance numbers are wrong.
