Excess Bill

My Bank account was debited with Rs.436.12. on 25/04 (on due Date) towards bill no B08402592. Now i received bill no 210947188 Dt05/06. in which Payments Received (B) Rs436.00, thus difference of Rs0.12ps, and also Late Fee Rs10.00 added in the current bill.
