GPRS COVERAGE

Dear Sir,

I am a old subscriber of bsnl mobile bearing No 9431047381.These days I am filling very bitter experience from bsnl mobile services. BSNL have no anxity about his customers, From a long time gprs coverage not properly given by two bts ie - Mitra Mandal colony Anisabad & Beur-C Anisabad. Unfotunatly My Residence is falling near these bts, Whenever I am at resdence gprs not working and when I am visiting other areas of Patna GPRS coverage receive by mobile. But no bsnl Top official doing nothing in this regard.

I am requesting to top official of BSNL MOBILE of Patna to please check these bts and faclitate proper {7/24} GPRS coverage from above mention BTS.Otherwise I have bound to shift to other service provider.

I hope my request will be must cared by bsnl officials.
