I have recharged my phone for 410rs. on 17th june for unlimited surfing and downloading plan. its 20th june but still my services have not been activated.

For this i have called to CC many times.according to them it takes min.24 hrs and 48hrs. max... time limit is already been acceded.i have made a complaign also but there is no response, i have visited bsnl office too but there nobody was taking care...

i have mailed to bbsupport@bsnl.co.in, but no revert from that again... now what should i do...

i am using BB from past 6 months but this time i don't know why it happening...
