Inactivated service

Sir,

Inactivated service of my BSNL prepaid is not activated even though I have refilled twice, I have balance but due to inactive my outgoing is blocked. I had called customer care service 18001801503, but got no response from customer care officer. I tried many times, but there is no response. Please do take action.
