Unnecessary deducting money from my mobile

one sms has coming in my mobile which is 'THANK YOU FOR USING VALUE PACK SERVICE .YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED Rs.10'.and Rs.10 is being deducted since 16/5 every alter-net day. Now what can i do? Please value pack service is deactivate. My mob.no is 9401200369.plz help me
