FREQUENT INTERRUPTION

My Landline with broadband 08028397401 has been having a problem and since 12 th May seven dockets registered and each time BSNL made repairs it could last for a few days my latest docket no is16580183172 registered today i. e on 2nd July visited and met engineers no result

can some one fix it please
