Duping Customers

It has become a style with the mobile phone service providers to earn money by duping the consumers. For example, when you pick up the mobile to respond to a caller, a caller tune will be heard and a prerecorded voice will instruct you to press star. An innocent user without waiting for the words following the instruction presses the star and unknowingly subscribes to the tune which he becomes aware after he hears from some body that his phone plays such and such music when responded. Then month after month the subscription continues automatically. What a method of earning by duping millions of consumers out of which many are not so much literate to understand the prerecorded voice. We are making people aware about the cheating of grocery store fellows by using nonstandard weighing mechanism. Now the Government companies like BSNL is not behind. Government should take stringent action against such mobile operators.
