TElephone not working and Frequent termination of Internet connection

Dear Sir,

I have given complaint regarding this issue some three weeks back to 04651-226000. No response from anyone. Later i called three days back at that time they gave JE's number. I informed him about the problem. He told me that he will send some one next day. Till now nobody came. Yesterday also he told the same thing. When today i have asked this he purposely cut my call and not picking my call. Please do something to come out from this problem. That JE's number is 9486102659. This is really an untollerable attitude from such a responsible person...
