Sim Activation

I have a SIM of BSNL and the Number is 9681225242. It is deactivate due to unused by me. But I want to reactivate it. For this I have visited the District main BSNL office to sort out my problem. They told me to recharge 34Rs in your number after the recharge the sim will activate. I recharged it from same office. After 48 hours later I did not get any balance and the sim is remain unactivated. In this duration I severely call the customer care. they told me several of option to do I tried all but I still wait to reactivate my number. This is unprofessional work by BSNL.
