BSNL LandLine connection not working for past one yea

Hi,

I have my BSNL connection 0495-2484382 which is not working for past one year. We had given multiple visits to bsnl office and multiple complaints registered in BSNL IVR. But still no action has been taken. Even I have mailed to officers mentioned in BSNL website. But no luck. We are getting bills for the dead line as well every month. Please do the needful.
