INTERNATIONAL ROAMING CHARGES PAID BUT THE SERVICE PROVIDER DID NOT ACTIVATE ROAMING SERVICE

I paid the necessary charges to activate international roaming facility to my Mobile no.9444001166 during 18th July at Anna Nagar BSNL Office. But so far they have not activated the service to my mobile.

I have paid Rs.15000/- Rs.5000/-. I would like to get back the amount of advance paid to them as the services were not activated when it is required.
