Phone Dead

I have logged complaint for Tel. No. 255920. on 19.07.12.vied Docket No. 1007251775. For Line Noisy, Disturbance. and on same day Phone got completely dead. and BSNL Helpline said you cannot complaint when first one is not solved, so i contacted local BSNL officer they said it will solve within 2 days, after 10 days also complaint is still unsolved and BSNL officer come up with same reply.
