MY SELF RAVI SHARMA FROM MUMBAI.I AM USING THE BSNL SIM PREPAID SERVICE.SO I HAD DONE THE TOP UP OF 55RS FROM ONLINE INTERNET.SO MY BALANCE HAD NOT CAME YET.SO I HAD ASK TO THE CUSTOMER CARE, SO THEY TOLD THAT YOUR BALANCE WILL BE GIVEN WITHIN 24HR.
SO THE BALANCE HAD NOT CAME YET.AND NOW I AM DOING THE CALL TO THE CUSTOMER SO THEY CUT MY CALL OR DOESN'T RESPOND
SO, I REQUEST U SIR THAT PLZ TAKE ANY ACTION ABUT THEM
