Recharge was not done and balance deducted

Sir I done two recharges on 10th April of Rs.226/-(TOP-UP} and of Rs.20/-{SPECIAL RECHARGE} on my number 09682046375. Recharge was shown successful but no balance and validity received by my number. Order number for Rs.226/- recharge is 35075711 and for that of Rs.20/- is 35073009.So I kindly request you sir please refund my money to my account or process my recharge to make it successful in real.
