Deactivation of a Value Added Service

Sir,

My cell No. - 9412155577 in the Name of S.P. Lawania from Agra.

Regularly I get unwanted messages from BP-56363, and after that a sum of Rs. 8/- are charged from my balance by no. - 563634008 and this is happening from 2nd week of March. For which I lodged a complaint on your customer care service vide complaint no. - 6136752, but still the balance of Rs. 8/- is deducted per week, causing me a financial loss of more than Rs. 100/- .

So I request your good-selves to stop the service immediately and Refund the amount with Interest by way of crediting my balance.

If u won`t hear then I shall be constrained to move to consumer-forum against you.

I hope u will do the needful favorably.
