Diactivation of onmobile radio

I have BSNL mobile service with 9440274459, from 3 months i have lose of rs.30/- per every month for on mobile radio. I am very happy wirh this service before on line mobile radio activation, but now i will cancel the service. If you can help to cancel the on mobile radio service i will continue with this service
