BSNL Cellone
NO Network from 3 months

BSNL Cellone no netowrk at Piyali Phukan Nagar, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati -21 from the month of March'11. I have complained to various times at BSNL Office panbazar but no resolution till date. Moreover, BSNL person are asking me the list of customers in the area who are deprived of service and thereafter the complaint shall be entertained. Is this my resposibility to provide such details or BSNL should serve there customers in order to do business. I have two postpaid cellone numbers 9435550698 and 9435347465 and one prepaid number 9435284143. But despite of my complaints BSNL is regularly charging me for rental.
