No solution to repeated complaints

Repeated sms has been going out from my MOBILE no. inspite of delivery report showing message waiting. First the customer care told me to make some changes which i tried to no positive outcome. Finally even changed my hand set, still the same problem persits. its been more than a month now. This is causing additional expense to me and mental agony to me and my contacts to whom i send the sms to.
