Sir, I have a BSNL prepaid mobile No. 919416516215. I got a message from BP-52585 on 9-2-10 at 5:37PM that "Apne Mobile ke Phone No, SMS, Photo addi ko SURAKSHIT rakhane ke liye (tollfree) SMS karen REG to 52585 Rs. 25pm, Jyada feature ke liye SMS PB Rs. 40 pm" I did so today i.e. on 9-3-10 at about 5.00 PM, at that time I have credit balance Rs. 141 (nearabout). After doing so when I check my balance it was Rs. -258.06 and it is continuously deducting. I got continuously messgees from 52585. I made a complaint in this regard to BSNL Customer center a 919416024365 and informed about the grievances to Mr. Avinash. He did not solve my problem & said that it will take one hours to check your details. Call after one hours. Sir, My balance is continuously deducting. Please help me. waiting for positive response at an early end.
