My post paid mo. no. is 9415136589 (chandra bhushan pandey), feburary2010 bill amount is 2357=00 rs.is paid in jaunpur t.d.m. office on 15-03, bill no. is 7701 but my mobiles out going calls barred on 16-03. why? please opene outgoing calls imidiateley
