Problem with connectivity

My cell no. is 9422761682, bsnl prepaid. from month or so their are severe problems of connectivity. call drop s have increased. while calling have to dial 3 to 4 times before connecting. my phone is on but it automatically tells cellphone is switched off. unable to see my balance amount. call centre number is not working. it takes 25 minutes to speak with consumer service person.the reception is third class.
