The BSNL cellone Service in Jamshedpur is pathetic. It is very difficult to get through to not only make international & national calls but also local calls especially after dusk. Even during daytime, call drops are common. SMS messages dont go through. Some times an SMS keeps coming multiple times. Signal fades out quite often. "Network Busy" is a common message.

While on roaming, especially in metropolitan cities, there is no connectivity in many areas. Missed calls are common

This is experienced by most users of Cellone in Jamshedpur & they are forced to use sim cards of alternate mobile service providers.

This state of affairs has been continuing for long & no redressal seemsto be insight
