Wrong deduction from main balance

I have a bsnl cellone mobile no 9423064054.On date 02/09 at 12.55 am I accessed gprs from my mobile. That time main balance shown after deducting charges of Rs. 0.37 was Rs. 55.12. I again accessed gprs at 06.35 am. That time charges of Rs. 0.02 deducted from my main balance but the balance shown is Rs.12.11. As such Rs. 43.10 excess deducted from main balance. The wrong deduction done from main balance. I have not made any call during the period. Gprs was accessed only for to check the connectivity. No response from 1503.
