Ecovered Rs.28/- without my knowledge

Today i.e. 21-01, i received a message from BSNL that "Dear Customer, you have been charged Rs.28 for ur BSNL tunes. Enjoy the service for the next 30 days. Ur next bill date is 20-02". They charged without my knowledge. It is not justified. The BSNL is playing many lagics to get money from the customers. As you are aware, in INDIA many illeterate people are also using mobile netoworking system. How can they manage this type of tendency as played to me. I am shocking about what they play tricks to get money from me. Even though it is not more sume, but this type of illegal activites should be stopped.

Hence, it is requested to take legal action against the BSNL and the public.
