Not satisfy with service proivde

As above i have write complaint in that i want to add some other details on 17-11 at 11.45 am the one of the executive had call me and told me that your net is working now u can access the net but when i open the net my net was still not working i call the ccare but they told me that sir you have to wait for 24 hours but now i don't want to wait.

sir they give me wrong information that my net is working and there is waste of my time and money
