Unnecessary sms from DECOMO mobiles for telemarketing

Sir, I had registered DND in the year 2011 and is now active. But I have been receiving sms from the following mobiles. I made proper complaints to 1909. Received message saying that your (my) complaint was registered and (you) I would be receving complaint Number. Afterwords I did not receive any Number or taking action on the operator. When I try to log in to BSNL complaint page it was not opening but displaying as "time barred- Try again to log in". No Action was taken by the BSNL authorities

(ii) 9042484137 on 02-05 at 18.08 hours

I request to kindly take action to on the operator/ telemarketers to levy fine Thanks M. Vijayavelu
