Lack of 3G network service

Sir, I am using bsnl cell one prepaid mobile operator (94186_ 33314) from last four years and the problem is the 3G network works only in the main city but not in old kangra. so we do not get the advantages of 3G services. i tried to registered many complaints but all in vain. so kindly help to sort out the problem.
