HIGH BILL

I lodged my complaint No. 05049331201080001 Dt.08.01. for high bills of my mobile

after the Land line number has been changed by the Calcutta Telephones. The mobile is

mainly used to keep contact with the land line under the Manikjor Plan. Till date the complaint is unattended, moreover when inquired in the '' Complaint Status'' It says'' There is no such complaint'' under the said ID.

I understand that the previous complaint has been deleted (What BSNL do very often in case of fault complaints) I lodge the complaint again on 08.02.2012
