Yesterday, (06/11) in the evening I've recharged my bsnl Cellone prepaid account with a recharge voucher of Rs. 110.00. After rechearging I've had no call whereas my balance has been reduced into Rs.01.69. What happened to my account? Please do the needfull. Otherwise I'll take legal action against bsnl.
