BAD SERVICES

Dear All,

As im user of bsnl celluar from last 8-9 yrs. but im totally dissatfied from their services and to solve the problem we have to call customer care number, which is always unanswer or else even they recieve the call, the executive as to be onhold and after that the disconnect the call.

Today case i want to know about my sim card whetheir it is 2G or 3G, so that i can activate my Black berry servies,

But in 1 hour i have tried to call customer care people... in that my call was been attainded 6 time but no one has answered me and disconnect it. even their sinor person doing the same.

If we ask them to make the complaint regarding this things they wont do..

I want to make a complaint regarding this. so please help me out to get this problem solve.
