Land Line not working

MY LL no is 044-26500112. It was not functioning for the last two week (line dead), Eventhough I complained thru 1500, twice the docket was closed without making the remedy.

Like Myself, nearly 20 of the neighbour resiodences are also affected. NO action as taken.

Pls do the needful
