Shifting Delay

I had applied for shifting of my telephone from Ganapathy to Thudiyalur on 5th Sept. Till date this has not been done. They are making me walk up and down to both the exchanges and their call centre does not have the power to accept complaints/grievances.

Am seriously thinking of moving to a private player.
