Oadband speed

Dear sir,

this is to inform u that, we have been using the broadband connection provided by u through our landline no. 0680-2223852 since quite sometime. recently we have changed our exhising plan from bbg 700 to bbg combo 850.

as per the new plan, the bandwidth speed is min 1 mbps to 8gbps and 10 gb download speed.

but unfortunately, since the starting of new scheme, i m afraid, i feel that the speed much much slower than the earlier one, where we have been getting 2 mbps.

now the purpose for which we have shifted the plan was not fulfilled yet. bcz in the earlier even with 2 mbps speed the purpose was not met, now also more drastic situation.

sir, this is being a trading firm, we did need good bandwidth speed badly, i req. u to plz look into the matter seriously and make sure we will have our purpose fulfilled.
