Landline not working

Sir,

My telephone No. 0484-2805564 is not working for last four days. On 19th July; I registered a complaint in Vennala Telephone Exchange (complaint: no: O. 498). Today (21st) the matter was brought to the notice of the Div. Engineer, telephonically (to tel.no 2348600).

Last month also my telephone went out of order and it was repaired only the on fifth day of registering the complaint at the Vennala Exchange.

I request to expedite action to repair my telephone.
